5 Stars don't cut it, I moved from GA to UT for work, and this place was sight unseen only through Facetime with the help from Joshua Smith. Joshua went above and beyond to help me and my transition to Clearfield Utah, always made me feel at ease, and is always there to answer my every question. He made my transition go so smoothly that it almost felt like I didn't even move. I have only had interactions with Joshua on the property side but every time it was very pleasant.
