To anyone who saw my original review, things have been resolved and I would like to update this after gaining some additional knowledge. I lived in Clearfield Townhomes for 10 yrs and it was honestly great. Over the years there have been changes in management where minor issues had arisen, but the current property management company has been great to work with on a personal level as well as in regards to the community as a whole. the townhomes are nice and pretty big and you even get a garage to.I really Like this place but my biggest downfall with this place is how they pack in So many resident. the Roads are So Small and you can hardly fit your car in the driveway car your neighbors Driveway / front door is just right there so there is Hella lack of privacy. I still recommend people to check it out if your looking for apartments in Clearfield.
I don't live here but I'm always visiting family and let me tell ya this place is chill and homes are big and spacious.
Great home for my family and myself. cozy and quiet. Easy to get to the freeway. Awesome Manager, ( Gabbie ) Top notch maintenance team, super happy with the management company
Good place to live, management is slow to reply if at all, lots of trash left outside, tenants needs seem to not matter, only a few redeeming qualities.
