Home is here:) I recently moved here in October and I absolutely LOVE it! It’s clean, the staff is super friendly, and whenever you contact the office with an issue it’s resolved within 24 hours! (Unless it’s a weekend) The apartment itself is very spacious, a lot of natural sun light, Sunroom (which can be used for a cute office or baby play room) and a nice Garden Tub in the bathroom!!! one of the best community I have been living in I highly recommend this amazing community. the management office made my staying so comfortable. Cheryl who is working there, an outstanding staff that i can see her the new manager for this property makes the impossible possible. I always have a lot of issues with management office but not with Cheryl. she is knowledgeable and always there for help. unfortunately i have to leave for new job offer but if i am coming back... definitely, i am going back to clearwater
Really nice Terrific! My husband and I have lived at Clearwater creek for more than three years. We love it. The grounds are beautiful and really well maintained. The pool is used quite a bit but it's always nice and quiet at night. Maintenance and management have consistently been responsive and professional towards us. The place is lovely, has a new gym and feels safe. Also reasonably priced. We really enjoy living there!
Resident Spacious floor plans, gated community, and on the expensive side. Pest control enters apt and resets the alarm when not at home. Packages left in front of your door. Community is older but has nice landcaping. Pets welcome and smokers too ( I live in top floor and passing thru the second smells like a chimney!)
