Sorry to leave the people are nice. But when you don't take care of your mistakes. They I cant deal the company. Had a MRI done cost $100.00 Then I had came in to office $20.00 copay. Follow what I was told do. And had them make appointment for the hospital. Got procedure done seemed to work for 2 days the amount to me$478.00. Went back 2 weeks later with follow up $20.00. On the day of my first appointment I searched for directions on Apple Maps which took me to a completely different location. After making phone calls and finally getting the right location I arrived 5 minutes prior to my appointment. Once I finally spoke with someone at the desk approximately 5 min past my appointment time I was told that it would need to be rescheduled due to the nurse practitioner have strict policies about being on time. I went in for an EEG. The office staff was super friendly. I received an email prior to my appointments to register so I only had a few papers to sign. The doctor explained the tests I was going to have and let me know exactly what she was doing the entire time time. She discussed the findings with me and referred me back to my neurologist for further care.
I unfortunately am suffering from a disc bulge and was given a referral to this office to begin my healing journey. I've never had to deal with anything like this before and did not understand what pain management was or if it was the right direction to go. So initially they gave me a referral for PT and submitted a request for an MRI. Insurance denied the MRI, wanting a specific amount of PT before approval. Didn’t take me as a patient cause i was discharged from another pain management, wouldn’t listen to me, treated me, you know a certain way and had the gall to bill my insurance over $600 and sent me a bill for $ 140 ! Good luck with that ! This is a pure racket !!! They don’t care, NO EMPATHY!!!!!!!
