Very well taken care of by the front and techs. Shonna my NP is very carry and I see her 100% of my visits. Iam just waiting for them to become fulling from a place to have procedures done. I have been with this practice since April 2016. Even though the practice has changed names over the years I still come to this Practice. Dr Sanderson saw me as a patient and not a statistic. I know want to have to be in pain management but I, for the first time, feel safe with you guys. I will always advocate for this wonderful team and to have met Dr Sanderson was an absolutely wonderful experience! Thank you for treating us patients as family and really going above and beyond for us!
For the most part, I am happy with the service at this clinic, however, I have found that instead of putting the script in to the pharmacy is only entered after my pharmacy is closed for the day. My pharmacy closes at 6:00pm. There is absolutely zero reason to wait to enter a script which cannot be filled the day of my appointment after my pharmacy has closed when my appointment is at 8:30 am . I have called multiple times this has occurred and been promised to have it fixed but it still happens.
My experience here was an absolute nightmare, I would never refer this place to anybody. I want to share what happened to me. I just I’m a new patient I go in there. The reception is she is very kind and nice. However, you cannot get a hold of Clearway Pain management in California Maryland at all, they have call centers all over the world and you have to talk to somebody in a call center and then they text or email. Wow!! After my second appointment I left feeling insulted, stressed, and worse off than before I went. The dr clearly has no empathy or compassion for anyone and seems to me is just there for a paycheck. Came in and fast talked her way through the whole appointment and treated everything I had to say as an excuse and even went as far as to say I needed to consider leaving my wife for her inability to work not knowing my wife’s situation or anything.
