From the moment I walked in the door everybody was so friendly. The front desk lady’s was nice.and checked you in fast.I hardly sat in the waiting room . Maybe five minutes and I was already called to the back. I had to be seen on both sides. I can’t remember any of there names. But everyone was absolutely GREAT . They really listened to you. Like the truly care about you. And I wasn’t there long and I was heading home. Fast Friendly and just Great. I’ll be back !!!
I am totally pleased. I have suffered w/pain for 50 years now. Had 3 back surgeries. The 1st one was in 1972 (I was 29) and have been on pain meds off and on all these years. This is my 3rd. Pain Mgmt to attend since they started them. Until then my PCP was prescribing Nsrvo for me. I was a nervous wreck when I had an appt. The one on Grelot Rd. Dr. . Kopp was horrible. I went for my first appointment today. I saw Shelby, a nurse practitioner. She was absolutely wonderful. She listened to everything I said, was understanding, compassionate, and so caring. It was an absolute great appointment. You don’t find many like her anymore!!
BEST pain management office in Mobile. Staff is extremely friendly, caring, helpful, highly skilled and very knowledgeable. Listens and addresses all concerns. Great bedside manner. Thorough, fast, efficient. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Today was my first day going to the pain center. It was backed up today and I’ve never had to wait that long before but they did stay. They do have a long way today and they let everyone know and they try to get people out as quickly as possible if their information did not change and they just needed a prescriptions and not to see the doctor they can do all that as quickly as possible without them having to wait.
