Today was my first visit. The location was easy to find and I was greeted with a smile in a clean office. The evaluation was thorough and fast. My new issues were addressed to be evaluated that weren't with my past physician as well. My practitioner, Matt, was knowledgeable, attentive & informative. I look forward to future care. 🙂
Upon arrival the intake take staff was warm and comforting. They Immediately took me to the exam room where I was seen by the medical expert. I was thoroughly assessed and treated as quickly possible. Prescribed what I felt to be the fair and correct amount and dosage of medication. Was given follow procedures and information. Exactly what I was hoping for in a doctors visit. Would definitely recommend!
All of the staff were very courteous and helpful. Check in was very quick. The Nurse Practitioner was very nice and addressed all of my concerns. My next appointment was scheduled before leaving without difficulty. Thank U for making my visit stress free!
My appointment with Shelby was extremely helpful. She listened intently to all the issues I'm currently experiencing, took the time to review records from another doctor's office, made up a great care plan, and even treated me on the spot for an acute problem. In all my 59 years, I can honestly say that my appointment with Shelby had to be one of the most professional, productive and positive medical appointments I've ever had. Shelby is terrific!
Very competent medical provider. All staff displayed a calm, pleasant demeanor. Would highly recommend this medical practice. Rachel, a nurse practioner who attended me, was very knowledgeable with great interpersonal skills and listened carefully to what I had to say. She afforded me the opportunity to ask questions and provided me with vital information. I was completely satisfied with my first visit to The Center For Pain.
