New management is gross and rude. Do not rent here save your money and get something else not worth the money. Packages are being stolen, clothes stolen from laundry rooms, Marijuana smell runs rampant throughout the building. Apartments look like a pig with makeup. Buyer Beware. I've been pushed to the side on critical work orders countless times and constantly get hounded by management for every little thing but they are carefree at any problem that doesn't hurt their bottom line.
Terrible experience. I was verbally and almost physically assaulted on the parking lot of that property by another tenant for supposedly parking on his parking spot. Administration did nothing to help me, they refused to give the name of the person ( they identified him from camera footage) and refused to let me move out before the end of the lease without paying them 2 months of rent extra. I moved out at the end of June after 3 years living here. My stars are for the wonderful maintenence staff here. Without Cliff (maintenance man) I wouldn't have stayed as long as I did. He was always kind, responsive, respectful, and his regular appearance on site made me feel safe. My lack of stars are for Integrity Realty Group management who took over after I had over a year with the previous management. Current resident of 2 years in Clifton Park. I moved here after college as my job is in midtown. Everyone has varied experiences and I won't speak for anyone else, but I have enjoyed my time at Clifton Park. I did not experience any car break-ins as I park inside the underground garage. I also have not noticed any bugs in the hallways so I can't speak on that. Cigarette smoking is an issue, but I don't think that is entirely management's fault, rather the fault of some bad actors and people who refuse to use the smoking are... read more
I lived in Clifton house Apartment for about 2 years. Before integrity took over it was a great place to live! After it went downhill so much. My car was broken into 3 times when I notified management they said “I don’t know what to tell you don’t leave valuables.” I broke my lease due to relocating for my job and Holly was the rudest person although I continually was asking questions she was still unhelpful and unkind about the entire interaction. 2 years ago I would say hell yes move in great place!
