I moved out at the end of June after 3 years living here. My stars are for the wonderful maintenence staff here. Without Cliff (maintenance man) I wouldn't have stayed as long as I did. He was always kind, responsive, respectful, and his regular appearance on site made me feel safe. My lack of stars are for Integrity Realty Group management who took over after I had over a year with the previous management. Current resident of 2 years in Clifton Park. I moved here after college as my job is in midtown. Everyone has varied experiences and I won't speak for anyone else, but I have enjoyed my time at Clifton Park. I did not experience any car break-ins as I park inside the underground garage. I also have not noticed any bugs in the hallways so I can't speak on that. Cigarette smoking is an issue, but I don't think that is entirely management's fault, rather the fault of some bad actors and people who refuse to use the smoking are... read more
I lived in Clifton house Apartment for about 2 years. Before integrity took over it was a great place to live! After it went downhill so much. My car was broken into 3 times when I notified management they said “I don’t know what to tell you don’t leave valuables.” I broke my lease due to relocating for my job and Holly was the rudest person although I continually was asking questions she was still unhelpful and unkind about the entire interaction. 2 years ago I would say hell yes move in great place! I've lived here for 6+ years. Loved it here until Corporate took over 2023 "Integrity Realty Group," and it went downhill! Good luck with having a functional washer or dryer or the public area getting cleaned. If you have friends, come over, parking is horrible! Vistor parking is only 4 hours, and they WILL tow your car. And street parking sucks in the wintertime. Either have to walk a few blocks for a spot or have to move your car because of the street parking banned at certain times. I lived in Clifton House (the smaller property to the east of Clifton Park) from August 2020 to April 2021. It's in a great location and very affordable. Lakewood and Detroit Shoreway, two of my favorite areas in Cleveland, are really close. You can walk to restaurants, a grocery store, a gym, and a drug store. The staff were generally helpful.
