I tried to establish with this facility. I waited 3 weeks for the earliest available appointment. The morning of the appointment, they call and reschedule. The next open appointment was another 8 days away. I won't bother to go here.
My daughter has been a patient of dr afejuku for about 3 years now. She had major surgery and the pain never went away and the surgeons office transferred pain management to Dr afejuku and if her obgyn can read the notes about that than so can this doctor, practice manager is rude and only trusts what her doctors say no regard for patients and if they have been problem patients ever. Brought someone for appt and they said he was a half hour late when they confirmed his time two days before. Made him reschedule and come back
Arrived within allotted time but ended up in the wrong building. Went to the correct building still with in allotted time to stand in line to be told I need to walk 5 feet over to the next window. Then I was told my mother who has dementia , circulatory and heart issues she can’t been seen. Spent an hour getting there to be turned away by a very rude receptionist. Stay way from here. I went there for an annual Medicare check up on 11/29 that's fully covered by Medicare. Apparently during that visit I discussed a medical problem with the doctor that resulted in a $240 charge that's not covered by Medicare or Anthem. I didn't realize nor was I warned that if I bring up something that's bothering me during that exam, but it's beyond the Medicare guidelines there would be a charge.
