The staff has always been great and the grounds where always clean. I did see a post about a customer was upset she didn't get money back because she ended up emptying out the unit before her 30 days was done . They do tell you in the very beginning it's rented month to month. Not Week by week !! Be nice !! Every single employee I spoke to in the almost 6 years I had a storage unit there always always very nice!!
This is the cleanest and most secure storage facility in Medford! The outside of storage doors were always kept clean and never had issues with spiders. We rented at other places and there was always an infestation of spiders inside units and exterior was filthy. I would highly recommend Climate Control Mini Storage.
Our family have always been happy with the great service we have received while storing our belongs with Climate Control Mini Storage. The staff while under the skilled management of Saul are always courteous and helpful. The facilities and grounds have always been clean and well maintained.
I found Climate Control mini storage to be excellent to work with. They are very professional, efficient, and friendly. The storage unit was very high-quality And very clean. The property is very clean, everything is kept up to a high standard. They managers were a pleasure to work with. My experience with Climate Control Mini Storage was awesome!!!
