As a person who has been in numerous different MAT(medicated assisted treatment) programs I can honestly say this clinic is a lot better then some of course there’s room for improvement(my opinion) but overall it’s a good place and I’m beyond grateful that my wife n myself are patients there
Love the workers here they are all amazing. This placed saved my life I would not be alive today. This place taught me how to deal with severe depression anxiety and panick attacks without medication. This place also taught me how to stay sober and find myself again that I had list during years of drug use and traumatized life!! If you are looking for a methadone clinic that will help you alleviate stress from your life, find somewhere else to go if you can. The clinic in Cedar Bluff, Virginia is more concerned about rules and regulations than the client's peace of mind and stability. The Staff mislabels random urine samples because of the newly hired Staff’s incompetence. Most of the Counselors have quit and/or been fired and the newly hired Counselors are not familiar with the system and results in a lot of Malpractice. The Organization has many times violated HIPPA and refuses to release medical records to the patient upon request. This is the worst place I have ever been in my life!!! I been going for 6 years the nurses don't do their job and then they blame you for it. Also the counselor's are most of the problem every time you go to see one they look like oh my, what do you need now, like its a problem. This is just wrong and not how a doctor's office should be. Also the facility is never cleaned, that I could tell my husband is a logger and he has had mud fall off his boots and be there for a week.
