Not satisfied with my experience. I went in expecting to pay only the $30 consultation fee, but I was immediately pressured to purchase a $400 medication package. Instead of sending a prescription to a pharmacy for me to fill if I chose to, they insisted that I pay for the medication upfront. When I explained that I had only come for the consultation, the staff became very upset, which made me feel even uncomfortable. I felt pressured rather than informed, and it was not the experience I was expecting.
I been coming here for couple of years already, The ppl here are very cand, and friendly. Very helpful specially Iris the nurse. Very educated too. 10/10 review The doctor explains everything really good and detailed. My kids and parents come here too. Very nice people and good vibes. They keep everything really clean and profecional.
Dr was rude and hostile like he's never been around a family that is happy and has a good relationship with their kids on a Sunday. My kids understand Spanish but don't speak it and I don't know if the Male doctor didn't know English and took it personal and thought we were laughing at him when that was not the case. Didn't give me a chance to speak also treated me like I was a child and told me to leave. Worst experience in my life I have worked with drs for years and never been treated in such a way. Dr. Carlos and the staff are the best of the best. They genuinely care for the patients. I went in there sick and depressed and the doctor said said to me if you ever feel that you are alone you are not. If you ever feel you want to cry….. come here and we will all cry with you. But we will always be here for you.
Excellent service and the results were so quick I’m glad I came to this clinic 10/10
