Like most people, I used to dread going to the dentist, but my experience here has completely changed that. Annie, the dental hygienist, is absolutely wonderful, gentle, caring, and very thorough. Dr. Ouellette is professional, reassuring, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. Together, they make every visit comfortable and stress-free. For the first time, I actually look forward to my dental appointments. Highly recommend this clinic!
I cannot say enough good things about my experience here. From the moment I walked in, the reception staff were warm, polite, and helpful—immediately putting me a little more at ease. I have a lot of anxiety around dental visits, but the dentist was incredibly gentle and understanding. The dentist I went to this morning had previously told me that my insurance was accepted. But after the examination, they said the exact opposite — that my insurance wasn’t valid — and told me I had to pay a $120 examination fee. I think they’re professional scammers; I’m honestly shocked by how sophisticated their fraud is.
I’m very disappointed with the service I received at this dental office today. I called ahead to let them know I was running late because I had forgotten my wallet. They still told me to come in, which I appreciated. When I arrived I was informed that they would only partially complete my cleaning due to the delay. At no point during the call was I told that my appointment would be shortened or the cleaning would be cut down. Had I known, I would have rescheduled.
