I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. I went there for a dental cleaning and because I was having tooth pain. Unfortunately, the cleaning did not feel thorough or professional. The X-ray process was also very uncomfortable. After the X-rays, the dentist simply told me that my teeth had problems and that I would need to go somewhere else. Like most people, I used to dread going to the dentist, but my experience here has completely changed that. Annie, the dental hygienist, is absolutely wonderful, gentle, caring, and very thorough. Dr. Ouellette is professional, reassuring, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. Together, they make every visit comfortable and stress-free. For the first time, I actually look forward to my dental appointments. Highly recommend this clinic!
I cannot say enough good things about my experience here. From the moment I walked in, the reception staff were warm, polite, and helpful—immediately putting me a little more at ease. The dentist I went to this morning had previously told me that my insurance was accepted. But after the examination, they said the exact opposite — that my insurance wasn’t valid — and told me I had to pay a $120 examination fee. I think they’re professional scammers; I’m honestly shocked by how sophisticated their fraud is.
Amazing experience! Everything was done on time, super careful and pain-free. I felt really comfortable and I’m very happy with the results. Highly recommend!
