they couldnt do the job
I hired them to install a new water heater. I informed them that I did not have water or electric on at the time and asked if that would be a problem. The plumber said it was ok that it would not be a problem. He installed the water heater and said he had to put multiple turns in the water pipe to the water heater so he could fit it. Was charged $1100 to replace the 27 water mainline. They did not level the yard afterward and 2 weeks later, the line separated from the meter causing us to have another $200 water bill and they never took responsibility for the failure. One man came and fix the 2nd break and so far it is holding but grading is still not complete.

the wall surround that attaches to my new bathtub is not stable. i didn't get the drain i had already bought {that keeps hair from going down the drain}. i didn't get the shower head i had already purchased either.
They charged $200 for a simple 15 minute job. Total rip off.
Technician did a good job, quickly. A little pricey at $500.50 to replace the guts of 2 toilets, and repair a leaking kitchen faucet.
Main reasoning for hiring was to relocate the commode over uneven tile. Tech told me that this would not solve my problem. Work actually done was install two faucet cartridges and purge water heater. Bill of $195. seems excessive considering the work accomplished.
