Mike is a true professional. He talked with me prior to our service, asked if there was anything unusual, and tailored his treatment plant on our home. He even found and took care of 3 wasps nests while he was here. Can’t recommend him enough!
Landon was polite, listened to my concerns and reported back on what he did to alleviate 2 issues. I appreciated being heard.
Read there reviews, they keep making new google pages to hide from their disapointed customers. Innitally was a customer of Kellog until they rebranded as Clark. I am very disappointed with Clark Pest Control. Their billing department is completely unorganized. I was told my service would be $50 per month, but they started charging me $88 without any notice. Gary did an excellent job taking care of my yard & patio.
Service has been terrible since Kellogg. Communication is lacking, prices increased with no communication, when trying to reach out to staff to ask about the rate increase, you get the run-around. It is also interesting that there are only a couple of reviews...seems like they are trying to get away from all of the negative reviews. Do yourself a favor and choose literally any other service provider.
