Staff incredible. Sam, Zakiya (spelled wrong i'm sure), Maria. Great trainers better attitudes. Clean facility. Great services.I recommend everyone I know to come, for all those reasons. Keep up the great work! Big shout out to miss dionna! Always has a smile on and brightens my day.
This is what the best gym I have ever joined! The staff is friendly and the gym and bathrooms are always super clean. They offer a lot of services including daycare, the hydrochair and even light therapy. The Florida location has a women’s only workout room which is super cool. The only issue I have with the Florida Blvd location is the fact that when I signed up over a year ago they stated that it would convert over to being open 24 hours for the higher membership and it still has not happened even though online it shows 24... read more
I’ve been coming here almost every weekday for the past four months and it finally feels like exercise became part of my normal routine. Trainers are attentive without hovering too much. I usually finish with stretching near the back corner where it stays quieter even during the evening crowd.
I wanted to share a concern about cleanliness. When I first started coming here, everything was very clean, especially the restrooms. Lately, the ladies’ restroom particularly the toilets…has not been maintained as well, with feces sometimes stuck to the back of the bowls and occasionally blood or urine present. It would also help if the equipment was wiped down and cleaned more frequently. I really enjoy coming here and hope the cleaning can be kept more consistent.
This gym has really gone because of the staff. This place is hardly ever cleaned, paper towel dispensers always empty, cleaning bottles empty, tv off, entire gym is filthy already at 5 am which means the night staff isnt cleaning. Bathrooms filthy all the time, equipments always all over the gym never in the right places. Every time you see the staff they are on their phones, in the office hanging out with each other. This gym could be so much better if management actually managed. Do better Club 4!
