Staff incredible. Sam, Zakiya (spelled wrong i'm sure), Maria. Great trainers better attitudes. Clean facility. Great services.I recommend everyone I know to come, for all those reasons. Keep up the great work! Big shout out to miss dionna! Always has a smile on and brightens my day.

Had to update my previous review… I really enjoyed this gym while we were there. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and had a great variety of equipment. I loved that they offered everything from weightlifting areas to a women’s-only room, studio classes, sauna, and even red light therapy. The childcare option was also a big reason we chose this gym, and overall, most of the staff and members were friendly. I’ve been coming here almost every weekday for the past four months and it finally feels like exercise became part of my normal routine. Trainers are attentive without hovering too much. I usually finish with stretching near the back corner where it stays quieter even during the evening crowd.

This is what the best gym I have ever joined! The staff is friendly and the gym and bathrooms are always super clean. They offer a lot of services including daycare, the hydrochair and even light therapy. The Florida location has a women’s only workout room which is super cool. The only issue I have with the Florida Blvd location is the fact that when I signed up over a year ago they stated that it would convert over to being open 24 hours for the higher membership and it still has not happened even though online it shows 24... read more

I wanted to share a concern about cleanliness. When I first started coming here, everything was very clean, especially the restrooms. Lately, the ladies’ restroom particularly the toilets…has not been maintained as well, with feces sometimes stuck to the back of the bowls and occasionally blood or urine present. It would also help if the equipment was wiped down and cleaned more frequently. I really enjoy coming here and hope the cleaning can be kept more consistent.
