Hands-down the best experience I’ve ever had at a car repair shop. Smiley was great from beginning to end. He was very clear about the process, the timing, and the expectation. They delivered where every Ford dealership and mechanic in the area has failed. They are true technicians looking to solve the problems with your vehicle, as opposed to changing parts for no rhyme or reason. I will bring this car in every car to them any type of service. Went in for an oil change and that is what I got. I felt comfortable with the staff and no one tried pushing additional unnecessary services on me. They informed me about the wear on my tires (which I was aware of) and the need to replace them as soon as possible but did not push further. Great people, speedy service, unbeatable prices!
