This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. They will sell you a dream turns out to be a nightmare. I purchased a 2019 ******* MKZ from Rocky Mount Toyota in January 2023 within 2 days of the purchased I had to bring the car back due to brakes scrubbing and bad rotors so much for the inspection before selling the car. Two months later had to replace a battery it only gets worst the cost for labor and repairs along with an air filter right at $600. I hardly ever post reviews, but this has got to be the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I live out of state and was ready to buy a used vehicle they had for sale and was even going to drive from out of state to pick it up. ************************* and *************************** were a joke for salesman, they gave me some info on the vehicle but would never respond back to me, I would call over and over and they would tell me they are busy with costumers and sorry they can call me back later. 1/7/23-traded for used Jeep Wrangler. Purchasing process was as expected, while signing paperwork were offered multiple warranties-we declined.Salesman told me he would call me to come back Friday to have 2nd key made for Jeep. Drove 9 MILES home. Realized I forgot Carfax so sent ******* email asking him to hold it until I came back. My Husband purchased me a brand new Toyota Camry in May of 2021. I have problems sometimes starting my car just by pushing the start switch. Sometimes it ask for the key fob to be put to the ignition switch to start the car. I have two key fobs that came with the car. In December of 2021, I took it in for my 5,000 mile maintenance and I told them the problem that I was having to start my car. We have been dealing with Toyota for over 30 years, never had a problem under ************ Toyota. Toyota of *********** is not an honest and good place to buy from. We bought a 2015 Toyota Camry in July 2021 and paid cash. Upon test driving the same day, there was a hesitation in car, the salesmen said bring it back and they will fix the problem.
