Our equipment had a blown hose while out on a fire incident in a remote area. I called CNK aka Chris after looking for other resources. Chris answered the phone promptly which is rare for a Saturday afternoon. We needed a hose made, he was ready to come and meet our operator but then ended up calling me back stating that Napa in LaPine was only an hour away.
