I am extremely grateful to Dr. Lurcott and staff for their outstanding professionalism accommodating my emergency needs . They went above and beyond to make my surgical experience very comfortable and smooth. I highly recommend their exceptional services.
These guys can't take an X-ray of a single tooth. Instead, they do a full panoramic X-yay of your entire mouth and surrounding skull. In my case they did it twice because they screwed up the first time. For good measure they also did a CAT scan. As result, compared to the one tooth I needed work on, they exposed me to 400 times the radiation necessary. I won't be going back.

Dr Alleman and his staff are terrific. A solid 5 stars for taking care of the patient during the procedure. My warning to you is on the billing. We were given an estimate of what we would owe after the office confirmed our insurance. No details were provided. What we ultimately paid was almost double the amount estimated. ($1645, instead of $900). This happened because our annual limit for insurance is $2k. They are nice and they are skilled. I have never waited less than 45 minutes once in the exam room. During my first appt, I wasn’t seen until 1.25 hours after my scheduled time. This is disrespect for patients time pain and simple. If you can’t see patients when their appt starts, stop booking so many. your greed is showing. have better practices
Dr. Liddell is truly a top expert in the region as I have seen multiple oral surgeons in the past for chronic issues. He was the only surgeon to correctly diagnose and treat my condition. I highly recommend him and his team. Excellent customer service on all levels from the clinic as well.

Dr. Matthew Alleman, DMD (with Diplomate status), is an extraordinary maxillofacial surgeon who has, with great knowledge, skill, talent, expertise and experience, in a six hour operation, reconstructed with grafted hip bone, my infected lower jaw. Insurance verification was not performed correctly. My first surgery in 2019 was not approved through insurance, no one notified me or tried to get this issue correcting even knowing that the procedure I had would need at least 1 more surgery through Dr. Lurcott and means all my implants through my main dentist will also not be covered. Great front office staff, truly went above and beyond to help get info from our primary dentist and accurate info from our dental insurance. Selena was helpful and clear on her information, truly a pleasant experience to work with this office.
