I had a great experience with this company. They were quick to respond to a broken pipe emergency after a tree fell on some of my water pipes. Their technician was absolutely great. He had a great attitude and worked so hard without any complaints- all smiles. He actually had to do some digging to reach the pipes and did a fantastic job at a very fair price. Highly recommend.
I've relied on Coast Plumbing in Santa Barbara twice now, and they've consistently delivered top-notch service for all my plumbing concerns. Coast Plumbing Solutions was patient while working through my water heater repair and helped me ensure that I had everything in place for my home warranty to cover their services. They worked with me even when unreasonable requests from the home warranty company came through.
We discovered that our main waste line had severely backed up once again in the morning. We called Coast Plumbing around 9:00AM in a panic and they gave us a window of between 1:00 - 3:00 in the afternoon. At 1:00 on the dot, I received a text saying that one of their plumbers was on his way and by 1:15, an exceptional plumber named Wallace, was already diagnosing the problem.
