Sharon Lowry at Costa Coast Mortgage is incredible! We had a deal fall through earlier this year, but Sharon stuck with us and helped us find a new home. She got us approved and closed in under 30 days! She was so helpful, communicative, and supportive throughout the entire process. I truly couldn’t have done this without her—highly recommend!
As a seller - beware of buyers using this lender!! We had a closing date about 3 weeks after contracts were signed. Our house appraised for the price the buyer offered. 2 days before closing, we get notice that closing is delayed with no information on why. Our realtor had to dig to find out that the lender submitted an appraisal revision request and the appraiser ended up dropping the appraisal value by $20k. Whole process delayed closing by two and a half weeks. Not a good experience whatsoever.
If i could leave 0 stars i would!! Very unprofessional experience......told me I was qualified for a loan to purchase my new house in another state only to find out i was not qualified unless I sold the house I was living in for $ 60,000 less then asking price. My house sold for the price it was listed at. She also had me pay 560.00 for an appraisal that was completely useless....had several missing pieces in it. I had to pay again for an appraisal on the same house. Then had the nerve to call the seller and try to sabotag... read more
My experience as a seller has been awful. A 45 day close was requested. They have delayed and been unresponsive. Was supposed to close 2/24/2025 so I could close on a purchase 2/28/2025. Then amended to 2/28/2025. But it’s 1PM and we have not closed on the sale. I may end up in default on my purchase contract because of them and their borrower.
Susan was a professional through and through. She worked tirelessly to get us an amazing rate and exceed expectations in the whole process. She was sweet and understanding when it came to our insecurities in purchasing our first house and made it a smooth transaction. I would recommend her to anyone.
