If you're a new patient & trying to find a new provider for your kids. Please don't come here to the one downtown or old river here in Bakersfield. I got my documents, mail and emails. I don't know how these places are still open. The most horrible places to have your children at. Here's the list why: -don't answer phone calls -they are always trying to find a way to get extra copayments from you, they'll transfer you to medical billing and they'll find a way to make you pay or else you can't be seen -take so long to be call... read more
