Very clean facility and staff is very friendly and helpful! Trey and Autumn are spectacular people and very helpful. Highly recommend using them if in need of a storage unit.

I had been a customer with Coastal for over 5 years now and they've always been fantastic. When the ownership turnover happened I did expect a price increase and after doing my research, the amount we were paying originally was quite the steal. The new ownership discounted our rate for a limited time to help the adjustment and we were happy to continue to support a small business. Whoa I love this place and the family that owns it! We moved here from Virginia Beach Marine Corps and needed a nice place to put our items due to the size of the home we are staying in. The units here are awesome and with variety . They have climate control indoor, outdoor units that aren't climate controlled ,large units where one can place their Winnebago that are covered and non covered. Have been renting a storage unit at Coastal Mini Storage for over 7 years. The Yopp Family has been excellent! Unfortunately, they sold the business in December 2022. Received an email at the end of January stating they are raising rent effective 03/01/2023 from $110 per month for a 10x20 unit to $239 per month!!!Wow..... Over 100% increase overnight!!!
