I just recently check on rental property that I had done back in February by Coastal Roofing. Honestly should of left review beforehand for 5 stars. But when driving into the neighborhood. At the entrance to my rental property. All the houses had shingles missing or tarps on top of them due to recent hurricane Helene. 5 stars all the way around!! We contacted Fred about a year and a half ago for an estimate for a new roof on a house we were looking to purchase. At the time, he was quick and very reasonably priced on his estimate compared to the other two we received. We circled back to Fred a few weeks ago for some repairs on a different house and yet again, he was quick, reasonably priced, and the repairs look great! Thank you Fred and team for your hard work!

We had our roof done back in February and they did an amazing job. We were very happy with their professionalism and quality of work even after when we had some questions. Unfortunately we still have not recieved our warranty information from them and I have left numerous voice mails, emails and texts to Fred over the last 3 months with no response. I am confused and upset that we are not able to get in contact or a copy of the warranty that was promised.

Got 3 estimates to replace my 23 year old roof atop my 2,300 sq ft home. Coastal was the lowest, all factors considered. I coordinated details with Fred and waited a few weeks in the queue. They set up starting around 8:00 AM on a Monday and a crew of about 6 worked until dark. Tuesday they worked until about 6:00 PM and were done. Fred and his team were great to work with. I had a ceiling leak over the weekend from an old roof and Fred was at my house first thing Monday morning. He gave me a fair quote and in a few weeks I had a new roof. He was easy t communicate with and his team was very professional and nice. Would highly recommend!
