I have 2 storage units at Coastal and I am very happy with the facility. The manager is on top of it and she knows all of her tenants. She helps me whenever I have a concern/issue and she makes sure the facility is clean and safe. I know that there have been a few different managers in the past few years, but the last two have been fantastic. Before Jennifer, Bill was there and he was great. Really likeable, helpful guy!
