Several things to be recommended--professional knowledge, courtesy to the client, willingness to help without asking the client to do the field work for them--just a small accounting. In my initial face to face contact, I met Joseph...who came to our property to diagnose an issue with our podocarpus trees in the front of the yard. He was thorough in his examination...he took the time to check not only the one tree which was losing leaves but to check them ALL...we have more than 30 of these trees...and to talk with both me and our landscape maintenance person about the problem and what to do to correct it. Joseph was polite, even when our landscape man was angry because he had misunderstood part of the conversation and was very upset because he felt challenged by this man of whom he had no knowledge...Joseph calmed him down and carefully explained the problems and what needed to be done--without making the other man feel bad. That in itself is a change from what I have seen in California from business persons who are registered as experts in their field! Joseph made the efforts needed to assess the problems, deal with all the personnel he met, and set up a plan to resolve the issues. The next contact was with Michael ...who came to our property wearing a proper face covering and maintained the required social distancing during his visit...he too was polite, professionally knowledgable and thorough in his assessment of the problem. He lifted and re-staked a podocarpus which had fallen over and searched for the cause of the extremely wet soil which had created the tree's fall in the first place. He gave me the necessary information on how to deal with the "un-staking" of the tree once it was again firm in it positioning and the excess water issue had been corrected and asked for the number of our gardener so he could speak directly with him on what needs to be done. I was pleased with the promptness and professionalism of each man and with their need to assess and determine the best way to deal with the problems instead of spending too much time trying to impress the client with how smart they are and how wonderful their company is...which is a problem I have encountered in the best in other companies in this field of expertise. Great, very nice crew, amazing process to bring down a VERY large tree with no damage to property (or crew!) We would definitely recommend Coastal Tree Care. Large tree removed from front yard, stump grinding, trim all remaining trees in front and back yard.

The treatment went very well. They do a good job and cleaned up very well. They could have used a little more detail in the trimming. I had them treat and trim the trees and bushes for my mother.

Well, they were able to schedule quickly, showed up and did a very good job. Palm trees trimmed, Giant bird of Paradise trees trimmed and 2 removed.
