If you’re in the military don’t move here. The apartments are cheap but run down. We had to clean top to bottom when we moved in. Maintenance does not respond if something is broken so more than likely you’ll have to fix it yourself. If you want a stress free home this isn’t the place but if you want a cheap small place with no AC for months and you have no other options then stay at coastline apartments. The attached are some of the day one photos (mind you we didn’t see the apartment until the day we moved in)
Apparently it’s under new management. My grand daughter paid a deposit, went to get the keys and they came up with some bullshit we can’t print a lease. I interviened and asked what’s going on? They proceeded to say their system is down and sorry. Meaning we’re not honoring what we promised you!!! She explained to them she gave her notice to the place she was leaving and has a move out inspection scheduled for Monday!!! PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE. I don't even want to hear a reply from these people, don't coddle me with a "we apologize for your experience" no. I'm in the military, and it's bad to say i'd much RATHER stay in the barracks. I've been here a year, and nothing gets done!! This was ok. Rent keep going up each month. Im not living in a condo so why rent got be 1700.00 month. Im not rich. You have men laying around our apartment doors, broke down car in parking lot. I got attacked by a dog who was trying to attacked my dog . My Knee got mess up. Cause the girl couldn't control her dog. Now, they want more money for a dog. More bills come on.
