I couldn’t of asked for a better person to help me and walk me through the steps as a first time home buyer. Cody was always professional, punctual, and very respectful to your needs. He never pushed a house on me or made it seem that it was to his advantage. He is a very honest person and if I had any questions he was always a phone call or text away. Cody was a great Agent to work with. He is energetic, funny, knows the ropes in his industry, always on top of things with every question or concern we had and keep us informed every step of the process of buying a home. I would recommend Cody to anyone. He has the drive to get things done!

Cody did a phenomenal job. He was constantly looking for and letting us know of houses that matched what we wanted. His schedule was super flexible which allowed up to view a lot of homes in a short amount of time. He was super helpful with the negotiation of the cost of the home and made everything super fun and easy. We could not have done it without him. I would recommend Cody Estes to every homeowner looking to sell as well has those looking to buy. He was amazing and everyone deserves to have a great realtor like him.

Cody Estes was a remarkable salesman and he did his job professionally. He was extremely nice and took care of us in every aspect. He was willing to come to us anytime we needed him. Highly recommended him to anyone!!

Cody was good. He was very good at being available to show us houses whenever we were available. He was also listened to what we wanted and found houses with what we were looking for.
