This place has great coffee, and you can really taste the difference from the barista milk they use. It gets extremely busy, so be prepared for a short wait, but it is absolutely worth it. Seating is available both inside and outside, though it can be limited depending on the crowd. I highly recommend the dark chocolate mocha. Next time, I am definitely trying the pastries.
I was pleasantly surprised by the quality, taste, and atmosphere of Coffeeism Co. Palm Springs. As a coffee enthusiast, I highly recommend visiting this spot. I ordered a cold brew with a splash of milk and half sweet with the gulab jamun syrup. The cold brew is very watered down and very light in color. I’m not sure if they just use a light roast or add too much water. But it tasted very watered down. For $8 after tax a cold brew(especially one with barely any milk) should taste strong. Stopped in while visiting from out of state and I’m so glad I did! The menu had tons of options and my cappuccino was amazing. Even though the line looked long, it moved quickly and I was sipping my drink in no time. I grabbed a seat outside and it was the perfect spot to relax.
