Have been loving Coffeeism since it opened last year - my fav PS matcha/coffee spot, hands-down! The drinks are unique and handcrafted, syrups are made in-house... Everything is a teeny bit elevated and so fun to try! Matcha lovers must drop by for the strawberry or banana. 🍓 Days we get to stop by and see our Coffeeism friends are just a little bit brighter!
Favorite spot in Palm Springs !! I am here at least 2-4 Times per week.. I go to Palm springs for vacations, so I knew I had to get matcha before my drive back. The matcha isn’t too sweet, and has a perfect blend of nutty and umami flavor, but I do think they could benefit from using fresh strawberries or fresh strawberry preserves. Also, not a bad or good thing - their pricing is neutral. $10 for a matcha - with no soft top -. It’s a bit up there as my usual cafe is $8.50, BUT, I would come here again on my next Palm Springs trip. Give it a try!
I ordered a cold brew with a splash of milk and half sweet with the gulab jamun syrup. The cold brew is very watered down and very light in color. I’m not sure if they just use a light roast or add too much water. But it tasted very watered down. For $8 after tax a cold brew(especially one with barely any milk) should taste strong. This place has great coffee, and you can really taste the difference from the barista milk they use. It gets extremely busy, so be prepared for a short wait, but it is absolutely worth it. Seating is available both inside and outside, though it can be limited depending on the crowd. I highly recommend the dark chocolate mocha. Next time, I am definitely trying the pastries.
