Cole and Nick (with help from Brandon on the first day) replaced my furnace and a/c with a state of the art Carrier Infinity heat pump and furnace, plus a new water heater. They did an awesome job. It took two days to complete all the work and I was never without heat or hot water over night. Cole took his time and did the job right. The system works great and I will never call another company for my HVAC needs.
We have been customers of Coffman for many years, and their service never disappoints. We recently called to have a Ecobee smart thermostat installed. Kyle was here on time and installed the unit with no problem, he was efficient, professional and very personable. Kyle was professional and courteous. He was knowledgeable and fast. The heater was back up and running shortly after he arrived. It was an excellent experience. The pricing was very fair and honest. I would recommend Coffman and Company to others based on today’s service. They were also very informative of scheduling and letting us know almost exactly when Kyle would arrive. The lady whom answered my calls and let us know when the tech was on the way was also a pleasure to deal with. These people do good business!
The technician Tyler Mitt took his time and was very patient and explaining everything that was wrong with my furnace. I would not hesitate to recommend them as they were recommended to me by my neighbors in the Fairfield neighborhood. Outstanding job Coffman and Company thank you so much for your help!
We had a gas leak. Cameron and John were the technicians that arrived to fix the problem. Both are very polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. They are second to none!
