Coffman came to service our furnace and turn it on. Excellent technician. He left everything spotless and answered all my questions. Had to schedule a 2nd visit as weather prevented work on the evaporative cooler. That work was done today. Again an excellent technician. Both technicians were knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. So glad to have Coffman's service contract!!
Holy Moley these guys do good work!! Had a new furnace and A/C installed and they did such a great job! The home had never had A/C and they made it work perfectly. My home has the furnace in a tight crawlspace and they did such a good and clean job down there. Dominic, Nathan and Santiago were my techs and these guys rock. Great communication, great work, great result. 11/10 would absolutely, highly recommend Coffman & Co!!!
If you’re shopping around, go with these guys. We needed to replace our whole HVAC system a year and a half ago and I’m glad we went with Coffman. They’re super responsive, come out quickly, have great communication, have a great payment plan, and leave everything clean. We just had a freak AC part issue and they were able to fix it the next day (mid-summer) under warranty. No notes.
From sales to install of my new unit I was very satisfied. The salesman explained in detail what my charges were and where the rebates would be paid. He also explained other more economical units but with no pressure the decision was left for me to decide. The people at their office were also communicative amd followed up as time got near to day of install. Lastly the team that installed my unit were very professional and knowledgeable in their work. Got a new boiler installed by Coffman two years ago. Fast response to get us on the schedule and when we needed a couple things tweaked, they were there quickly. The guys are very cool and we are happy to have them at the house.
