We have had such great experiences with Coffman. We’ve used them for over 10 years for a variety of electrical needs. Recently they replaced our 28-year-old furnace and air conditioner. The furnace died during an upcoming cold spell. Coffman not only rearranged our appointment so we could have the new furnace installed sooner, they also made a special trip to drop off space heaters for the few days we waited! If you’re shopping around, go with these guys. We needed to replace our whole HVAC system a year and a half ago and I’m glad we went with Coffman. They’re super responsive, come out quickly, have great communication, have a great payment plan, and leave everything clean. We just had a freak AC part issue and they were able to fix it the next day (mid-summer) under warranty. No notes.
From sales to install of my new unit I was very satisfied. The salesman explained in detail what my charges were and where the rebates would be paid. He also explained other more economical units but with no pressure the decision was left for me to decide. Techs arrived at 8:30 and finished a little after 5:00 to install a new furnace and heat pump. They were most proficient, friendly, gave me a lesson on the new wifi thermostat and cleaned everything up afterwards, inside and outside. I would have this same crew back again in a heartbeat!
Cole and Nick (with help from Brandon on the first day) replaced my furnace and a/c with a state of the art Carrier Infinity heat pump and furnace, plus a new water heater. They did an awesome job. It took two days to complete all the work and I was never without heat or hot water over night. Cole took his time and did the job right. The system works great and I will never call another company for my HVAC needs.
