Cole and Nick (with help from Brandon on the first day) replaced my furnace and a/c with a state of the art Carrier Infinity heat pump and furnace, plus a new water heater. They did an awesome job. It took two days to complete all the work and I was never without heat or hot water over night. Cole took his time and did the job right. The system works great and I will never call another company for my HVAC needs.
Kyle was professional and courteous. He was knowledgeable and fast. The heater was back up and running shortly after he arrived. It was an excellent experience. The pricing was very fair and honest. I would recommend Coffman and Company to others based on today’s service. They were also very informative of scheduling and letting us know almost exactly when Kyle would arrive. The lady whom answered my calls and let us know when the tech was on the way was also a pleasure to deal with. These people do good business!
Best install experience ever! Cole, Jackson, and Santiago were professional as well as amiable and worked together fluidly as a great team. They got the job done quickly and navigated the unique details of our home, demonstrating experience and expertise. Everything was explained to us before work was started as well as during installation, and the final walk-through was thorough with time for any questions we had. The financing process was also a breeze. Great job at a great price!
We had a gas leak. Cameron and John were the technicians that arrived to fix the problem. Both are very polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. They are second to none! Excellent customer service; reasonably priced; responsive and capable technicians. We had a furnace and new AC installed. Coffman & Co was recommended to me by a family member and I chose them after receiving 2 previous quotes (one wildly higher and one not much less, but from a company I had used previously and didn’t love).
