We had coit come to our house on June the 8th and clean out our ducts and they did a great job it has almost been a week and I don't have to dust my furniture every other day like before there was so much dirt that came out of the ducts that's why we were having so much dust everywhere they had not been cleaned since we lived here and we didn't know when the heating and air system was installed so I knew it needed to be cleaned. I reached out to Coit. A very polite gentleman promptly returned mg call. He gave me another number to call but due to circumstances we weren't able to use them. I plan to reach back out to them soon. I was impressed with what I experienced!

Had home cleaned today. Both young men were very nice. Lead was a little more rough with older furniture and actually after whipping a book case out from the wall I noticed he had pulled a vertical rail loose. I told him I would address needed repairs went to garage to get a rubber mallet. Returned and he said he fixed it. I checked and showed him he crushed pins by forcing. Terrible charged up a fortune to clean carpets and lounge and scotch guard lounge and when the lounge got stained 2 weeks later they wanted to charge $200 and would not stand behind their gaurentee for dog dirt

I just had my air ducts cleaned and was very disappointed at the lack of service and hospitality I received. I sent this in an email to management and still have heard nothing back. - The 2 men who came to clean my air ducts were pretty condescending to me. I think they assumed I don't work because I was home with my infant son that day, but one of them asked me what my husband does for a living, which has nothing do to with their business in my home.
