We have used COIT to clean our area rugs for over a decade, so it was natural for us to call COIT to clean one of our rugs due to a single pet stain in October 2023. Unfortunately, the cleaning process resulted in our 10x10 area rug developing new stains in 8-10 different areas around the periphery of the rug. Scheduled a carpet cleaning with an arrival window of "Available All Day". When the day rolled around, I called to confirm at 11 and see if I could get a time frame for the team's arrival. The person I spoke with confirmed my information but said she didn't have an arrival window. I called back at 3:00 for an update and was told that I did not have any appointment scheduled. Mark did an excellent job of making sure the underlying issue was resolved before allowing any other work to be performed. We had a few different contractors come to fix the leak and each time it wasn’t fixed Mark would inform us. It’s too bad that y’all don’t do plumbing because I can positively say Mark would have it done RIGHT! As for the mold and air quality I’m confident that he was the man for the job.
Miguel was a pleasure to meet and took great care of my home. This company showed in a short period of time and provided excellent service. This place will be my only call in the future for my home cleaning needs. Very professional.
