I had COIT Carpet Cleaning & Restoration come out, and honestly, it felt like the dream team rolled in. Sam was amazing on the phone--friendly, helpful, and she didn't mind answering my million questions. Then Kyle and Dillinger showed up and turned what I thought was going to be a stressful day into a surprisingly fun one. They were professional but also had a great sense of humor, and they worked together like they were on a mission to defeat every stain in sight. I first want to say the technician was 10 minutes early which was a great start. Our service tech was very professional and courteous he did a great job for us and explained everything he was going to do and he did a great job and was very thorough and put everything back to the way it was from the start. I highly recommend the professionals at Coit cleaning and restoration and I couldn’t be more pleased with our experience.
