When buying real estate on the Gulf Coast I only use Terrie Price. She is a long time resident and knows the area as well as anyone! She has successfully guided me on buying and selling homes, land, and a condo.
May how to sell her house and she did it in literally one day. She was very efficient. We had moved out of town and yet we did not have to worry about what it was about the property and it was taken well care of and anything which needed to be done was done promptly.
When it came time to sell my parents house, there was no one else I considered than Sandy Webb. She has been in real estate for years here on the Mississippi Gulf Coast and has a good network. I am very pleased with the results and would definitely recommend her.

She doesn't hesitate to stand up for her clients and is truly there for you every step of the way. She was always a few steps ahead anticipating our needs throughout the whole home buying process. She made the process smooth and quick, and we were able to close on and be in our new home in just over a month!
