Fantastic realtor. Helped us buy our first home on the coast and was our listing agent for our sale. He knows the area, knows the homes and knows how to male you feel comfortable even when things are hectic. If I could, I'd use Philip as my realtor for every location we move to, I would.
I hired Philip after dealing with two other realtors that did not sell my house. He is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about all steps of the sales process. At one point, he was on top of my roof tightening roof screws so that we could make a tight deadline. Philip is the best agent by far I have ever worked with. He gave me pointers and advice on how to prepare my home for the sale, among many other things. Just my advice... All real estate agents get the same commission. So doesn’t it make sense to get the best agent for your money? Get Philip! If you don’t get an agent that cares it will make this process hell. Trust me.
Phillip went way beyond the normal service in helping me and my wife find the right beach view lot in Long Beach MS. I would use his services again in a heartbeat .He always answered the phone , responded to text or emails when we had questions on a property. I give him 5 stars
