Joe was hands down the best realtor that we had the pleasure of working with while trying to sell our house. We tried 2 other realtors before we signed up with Joe and the experience was night and day. Joe is big on communication and that is a huge plus in my book. He answers phone calls, texts, and emails immediately. After 2 realtors and more than a year on the market between them we didn't have any offers. Joe had an offer on the table for us within weeks. Hustle and hard work is ingrained in his DNA.

Super knowledgeable of the area she knows where you should and shouldn't buy. I would use her again in a heartbeat. Terrie stayed in contact with us through our entire 750 mile move and made sure we had access to the house at midnight.

Philip helped us buy and sell our home and buy another house. He’s very good at what he does, has great resources, is quick to respond, and even made house calls to get paperwork signed around our busy schedules. He was there from start to finish and even stopped by after the sale to see how we were settling in.

Can't say enough great things about Terrie. She was extremely professional from start to finish. Multiple offer situation was handled exceptionally well and yielded a full price offer. Experience, market knowledge and a great personality are what sold me on Terrie and ultimately led to a quick sale. Matt sold us a home in 2015. In 2018 helisted our home after advising us on a listing price. The home sold for full price in 7 days. Matt also facilitated the purchase of our current home and helped to negotiate an excellent price.

Philip goes way above and beyond what I expected from a Realtor. He responded quickly to all communications, even while on vacation. He also kept everything going in a very complex deal, handling all the problems that would occur in a very friendly and professional manner. He truly treated me like family.
