Carl has been an absolute life-saver, from helping us sell our home, to purchase property, to sell property, and to buy a new home. Carl listed our second home recently. His recommendations regarding pricing, repairs and during the negotiations were extremely accurate and helpful. Merry was our realtor for the sale of a former home in another state. We counted on her to make qualified decisions for us. She went what I would call above and beyond to assist us in making the home sell ready, and also saw through the final sale up through the closing. If I ever sell another home, I want Merry to do it.

I love Merry. She is the number one realtor on the Ms Gulf Coast. She knows the end and outs of buying a house. Tell her what u want ,and she will find you your dream home. She is such a blessing . Jared stayed in touch with me until I was ready to list my home. Once I have him the green light, he was ready to list within a few days. Once it went live, there were several offers within the first 24 hours. We accepted the first offer as it was a full price offer.
