Terrie Price was absolutely amazing. Not only did she take time on her weekend to drive my wife and I are interested ocean springs, but she was quick to share all of her knowledge about the local area (which was extensive!). I would recommend Terrie to anyone. She fought for us at the time of closing and proved to be very flexible with our schedule. In between my wife and I getting married, leaving the country, and graduating from school, Terrie managed to find us the perfect home at a price below our budget. She is amazing!

Since we moved to Mississippi we've worked with Phil on 1 purchase and 2 sales. On the purchase it was our first time and to say my wife is picky is kind of an understatement.. Mr. LeBlanc is an awesome realtor, he will negotiate you the best deal possible whether buyer or seller. I believe in my heart if he makes little money he is OK because he wants you the buyer and the seller to be happy. He negotiates all terms and leaves nothing out.
