I had tried to sell a home on my own for several months, finally listed with Joe on a recommendation from a neighbor. I've known Joe Edenfield for a long time. We served together in the military. He has honor and integrity. So it was a no brainer to use Joe as our agent when we decided to sell our house. From the get go he was on point. I literally had to do nothing. He took care of everything. His communication was over all top notch! It's a huge decision to buy or sell a house.
