I contacted Summer to list a unique piece of property, 80 acres with house, trailer and barn and pastures. She was very knowledgeable with the area and the variety of amenities the property includes. We worked on marketing and staging with her and she always had that 'something' extra. Very professional!

We contacted Summer because she was listed online with the house we were interested in. Although we were interested in other houses too, we ended up buying that house. Summer was extremely helpful in working with us, answering questions, and working with the seller to address the requests (such as repainting a couple of rooms) that we had for the seller before buying and moving in. I first met Karen when my house was on the market and being represented by another company. There was no for sale sign in the yard and the listing had very little information. After asking her to take over the listing, she put a sign out and posted a new listing with lots of information. Diane was simply awesome. She strikes a great balance between suggesting properties for us and letting us choose properties online. Ultimately, we bought a property that we didn't even see online.
