Aside from being a parent, buying a home was one of the most difficult decisions and processes I've experienced in life. Chris was Very responsive and easy to work with! He kept me informed as to when the house was being shown even though I was across the country. He negotiated with closing costs which is exactly what I wanted. He was always courteous and honest. He would recommend options for repairs and/or appraisals but leave the decisions to me.

Daniel is highly recommended by my husband and I. We are first time home buyers and we were lucky to have Daniel as our Realtor. Chun is a very responsive and extremely knowledgeable agent. I switched to him because my other agent was very slow to respond. Impressive response time to text messages, and calls. As well as, following up with the buyer, seller and mortgage lender. Will use Chun again in a few years to sell and buy another house.

During our house search and purchase last summer, we found Lily to be extremely diligent, attentive and responsive. She is also very pleasant to work with and we enjoyed her company. In addition, she is amazing in her follow up on every detail. In past agent experiences, I have felt that I had to remind and oversee the agent to make sure everything was done. We had a complicated transaction, and Lily was unfaltering in executing all of the many steps it took to get through it.
