We have used Rick as our realtor for 21 years. He has assisted us with both buying and selling properties. Our recent transaction closed in literally 2 weeks!! We bumped into Jake during an Open House. He was very friendly, he listened to our situation, answered all our questions, showed us serveral homes, and hooked us up. He lead us to a builder that we worked with and eventually we had a house built just for us. We couldn't have done that without his help. I truly appreciated his eagerness, helpfulness, the fact that he dealt with us equally,and was willing to work around my husbands new job, which meant after hours for Jake. I highly recommend him!

Jared was a very attentive and supportive through the entire process. He was one of the few Realtors that would find us properties to look at as some others that expected us to find them all. Was always ready to get us a showing and was very prompt with his schedule. Jareds personality suits his chosen profession well and was a pleasure to work with. Jared helped me purchase my property, while I was still living in England, we had been working together for over a year, and he kept in touch with me, sending new properties that had just gone on to the market, and then setting up viewings for when I arrived in the U.S, so that my time wasn't wasted, by having to do that when getting here. Rick Maurmann was great for us, he gave the time we needed to find the perfect house. He helped us through our transaction with all parties and had answers to the questions we had along the way.
