I have to brag. I absolutely hate going to the dentist. I had a horrible accident when i was 16 years old, and knocked my front tooth out and chipped another. I have had a fear of the dentist ever since. I recently moved to Fairfield and decided it's time for something permanent. Dr. Richter gave me a new implant and crown and i couldn't be more happy. Friendly and caring staff. I have been to many dentists where I have felt judged and criticized; this place made me feel welcomed and human. Great place to visit for affordable dentures. Makes the process as painless as possible. Able to get patients in quickly for adjustments and maintenance.
Dr. Richter is excellent and very caring. Tonya is awesome and very friendly and understanding. They make you feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. Richter is very talented. I would recommend him to all my friends.
Professional, friendly and affordable. My first impression of Dr. Richter was that he cares about your pocketbook. How rare is that? I would recommend to anyone looking for the complete package.
I am overall displeased with my experience. My advice to anyone considering this dentist Do Not Do It you will regret it. I had to have work done by another dentist after spending hundreds of dollars with this one. Not to mention a $900 crown that will have to be replaced after noticing a hole in it. I only noticed after the tooth in front was pulled, do not waste your money, please go somewhere else. Beware of this Dentist!.
