RecommendedThis was hands down an experience a gift sent down and the greatest blessing of my day - wholeheartedly. Initially, I went to rent a Uhaul van for a delivery. I checked in online, and Rick walked through the van with me. It was easy peasy! Then, as I was moving out a piece of furniture, I realized I needed a storage unit -quick. This storage facility is not even worth the price! I moved in about a 1 1/2 ago. My fees have gone from $170 month to $245 month. The security has gone way down and have had many problems with finding the office open. I have complained to district manager and gotten no where. Have pictures of crazy people inside the facility but doing nothing. When there is bad weather/snow it is never cleared so inaccessible when the weather hits. I am looking for another facility and would never recommend them!
UPDATE: July 16, 2023 still no reimbursement, no contact...nothing. UPDATE: June 27, 2023 I have emailed Colfax Mini Storage three times requesting a closing invoice and return of pro-rated rent and deposit. Never another word from Colfax Mini Storage/ Rick. ?? We have been renters at Colfax Mini Storage for almost 20+ years.
