2 wks in a row I made an appt to get labs done the 1st week there was an issue with the system totally understandable. The 2nd week the receptionist/front desk person was rude and very unprofessional. I made a scheduled appt and was talked to with a bit of nastiness and told "we don't do appts just sign your name" Even though the sign on the window in front of te person said "please let us know if you have a scheduled appt"
Front desk person was rude. Scheduling an appointment is useless. The lady who handed me my swab was very nice and professional. Unless I absolutely have to I will never be going back to this lab again. I had to wait 20 minutes for me to swab my own nose.
Very professional service! The staff member was very polite and respectful. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I almost didn’t come here after reading some of the reviews but I’m happy that I did! I highly recommend based on my experience.
The Lab tech there is so nice and actually remembers things about my family and kids and asks how they are doing every time I go here for blood work. Exceptional bed side manner! This customer service is the absolute best!
I started coming here and the Phlebotomy technician Stephanie is such amazing phlebotomist. She greets you with such caring attitude. Thank you for making my day smile.
