Professional and quick! GPS told me to pull in the main entrance but it was closed off so I went in a side entrance. Someone mentioned parking issues but I parked in the visitor garage and had no problems. The lab was down a few different hallways from the garage entrance but security was helpful and I had no issues finding it. Arrived right at 7am and got in and out in
Staff here are completely unprofessional here. All I hear from the waiting room are two girls yelling about personal conversations and using inappropriate language. As a patient, I do not want to hear all that while sitting in the waiting room.
2nd time here in 6 mo. Wait time is long. And the staff is chatting vs tending to patients. I waited 20 min with 2 people ahead of me and there are 6 more people after me.
Staff are super friendly fast and do their job professionally
Pleasant and capable staff, results were shared later the same day. Parking was a bear.
