Colleen was easy to work with and very responsive. Immediately answered our questions via phone, email or text. Kept us informed every step of the way during the loan approval process. Throughout the process, I was repeatedly given incorrect information about my closing costs, which kept changing without clear explanation. When my credits were suddenly reduced — causing me to owe more money at closing — I received no response or clear reason why. To make matters worse, the loan was not completed by the scheduled closing date, which caused me to miss my original closing.
