My little one was seen quickly with no wait time. Everyone was professional, polite, positive and outgoing. Colleen was a delight. I used to be skeptical about seeing a PA instead of a *real* doctor. Not so much anymore. For routine medical care, I would be happy for my child to be seen by Colleen!
I was very pleased with my visit. My son was having trouble breathing and the front staff took him back right away. Our doctor came in quickly as well and started treating him. I thought we would end up in the hospital but she saved the day and got him feeling better quickly. I am very grateful.
I have seen a few doctors and PA's in the last 15 years with them. I have never had any issues being seen or getting things done. I will say that I recently waited 2 weeks for a referral and that is the longest I have ever waited for it. I normally get things within 24/48 hours. I think it was likely and anomaly since it has never been the case before.
Absolutely outrageous the billing practice. It’s borderline defrauding the client.
