Cole, Zach, and Gavyn did a great job with our move. They were quick, efficient, and took good care of our furniture from start to finish. One thing that really stood out was that they went out of their way to avoid low power lines, even though it meant taking a much longer route carrying some of our larger furniture. The movers themselves were okay. They packed the truck well, but failed to protect several expensive items during the move with blankets. One of our real wood pieces of furniture was damaged in the move. This was solely because the loaders put the furniture in contact with the metal floor in the truck without any kind of buffer. We contacted them and sent pictures requesting reimbursement. It was denied after several days through email.
