Our experience with Daniel Lanier with College Works Painting was fabulous! Daniel was extremely professional, friendly and organized. He was also very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions and concerns without hesitation. Daniel arrived at the exact time that he stated and the painting job he and Pablo completed on our house was wonderful. I will definitely be referring him to my friends and family. This was the first time I've hired a painter for my house (exterior) and it was not without some trepidation. The house is primarily brick and the bulk of the painting was time consuming trim work. Jack, our branch manager, helped make me comfortable with the choice. Everything went well, we had a great crew at the house and any concern or imperfection was addressed promptly and to our satisfaction. I am very pleased with everything about the finished job.
I had a great experience with Madelyn Schield. She came by my house as I was preparing to paint my garage! She said she could give me an estimate for the job. Madelyn came later that week to my house and we walked through everything I wanted done in the garage. The level of professionalism and hard work Logan displayed was above and beyond anything I’ve experienced with home repairs/remodeling contractors before. I was extremely impressed from the first time speaking with Logan, during the preparation, and through to completion of the work, and still to this day. He managed the work, updated me with every detail and constantly showed genuine care and concern for my satisfaction. If I ever have to paint again I will turn to him first and foremost.
