The firm is very personnel, everyone is every nice and willing to help to make sure you understand what they are talking about and what you are signing. The only complaint I have is with the video I was suppose to watch before return to sign documents. I personally wasn’t able to open it. But I’m not computer person. They did go over everything. They are going to give me a Zip drive with all the information.
